Policy Statement
Day of Appointment: Please arrive to your appointment 10-15 mins early. That way weβll be able to discuss a plan for the session and understand how to best tailor the massage for your specific needs without running into the allotted time. Arrive to your massage therapy appointment clean and do not wear cologne or perfume. If any pain or discomfort is experienced during the session, immediately communicate with the therapist so the treatment can be adjusted.I have a zero tolerance policy and any sexual advances, innuendo, or inappropriate touching will not be tolerated and is grounds for immediate termination of your session.
Late Arrival/ Cancelation Policy: Please arrive on time. You may cancel your appointment free of charge if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment start time. Please contact me directly by email (seanbrevardmassage@gmail.com)or phone to cancel or reschedule your appointment (202-880-9911). Full service fee may be charged for all services not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Clients who do not call/show to appointments will be charged the full-service fee.
Payment Policy: I accept all visa credit and debit cards. Clients may also pay in cash, venmo, and or cashapp if you decide to at the time of payment. If you pay in cash please have exact change.
Illness policy: Massage is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition.( Fever, headache, stomach ache, dizziness, etc. ) If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.
Confidentiality/ Privacy Policy: I follow appropriate HIPPA guidelines & regulations and ensure I uphold all national standards to protect individualsβ medical records and other personal health information. I also use appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, and disclosure of your transaction information.
Right to refuse Treatment/ Harassment Policy: I have the right to refuse service to anyone I choose. Absolutely no sexual misconduct whatsoever. Failure to comply will have your appointment cancelled.
Covid 19 Safety Precautions:
I am fully vaccinated. The treatment room has been sanitized.
